About Judi
If you want to know more about the Greater Manchester Area, Judi is the person to ask! She has been a resident of Manchester, NH or the surrounding suburbs all of her life.
During the past few years, Judi has been personally involved in building a duplex home in Manchester from the early planning stages through the final occupancy permit. Working closely with the contractor and subs, she helped create a wonderful new home for her two daughters and their families. The duplex was converted to a condex which enabled them to procure separate mortgages for each unit.
She also was the General Contractor "GC" during the construction of an "Energy Star" home in Milford, NH. Some of the components used in the Energy Star home were ICF blocks (Insulated Concrete Foundation), SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels), and a Geothermal heating system.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors, NAR, and the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors, GMNBR, Judi has access to the latest information available to assist you as a buyer or seller to make informed decisions in regard to your Real Estate needs.
As a member of the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB, and Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH, HBRANH, she is on the cutting edge of technology available to build and remodel homes in our state. Serving on the "Green Committee", she is helping implement changes to the National Green Building codes to be used in NH for qualifying new homes to Green Building Standards.
